Vacation Rental DescriptionHome away from home!! This is exactly how you will feel in this
beautifully decorated 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home. All of the
comforts and ammenities have been included for your enjoyment.
It has been recently renovated. The large kitchen opens unto the
family room which has a great view to the water. This home will
accomadate a large family. The master bedroom which opens to the
terrace also has a great view to the water. It has a queen size bed
and adjoining bathroom. Two of the other bedrooms have queen size
beds. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed with a twin pull out
beneath it. All the rooms have large closets and dressers to store
all your belongings. All have that special something that makes you
feel welcome.
Outside: Enjoy the feel of the tropics under the TIKI-HUT as you
sway on a hammock. Count the endless stars as you relax in the HOT
TUB after a day of fishing. (there is a telescope for those of you
that are really into star gazing)
DOCKAGE: Dock your boat in the back in its own boat slip that will
accomadate up to a 35' boat (very deep, clean canal so there is no
issue with low tide).
Load up your gear and be on a reef fishing or snokeling within
minutes. 10 minutes from the world famous JOHN PENNEKAMP reef,
Molassas Reef and Rodriquez Key(the famous local sandbar)were
everone comes with family or friends to swim,relax,drink or explore
the sandbar right from the boat.
Even if you don't have a boat there is so much to enjoy in the clear
waters from the dock out back. You can see many parrot fish and
snappers grazing off the sea wall. You may even get a visit from the
friendly manatees that swim in this
canal.
You will love it just as much as we do!

Activities and Attractionsendless activities in the sun may include:
walking right down the street to SWIM WITH THE DOLPHINS (Dolphin
Center is 1/2mile down the street)
Or go eat or hang out at the Pilot House right down the on the water.
Key Largo Water Center (your kids will have a blast sliding down the
water slide on the pirate ship). This water center is 1 mile for our
property it includes three pools: one olympic size with three diving
boards, another heated pool and the kids wading pool with pirate
ship and slides.

$100 cleaning fee which will be deducted from deposit
