private bedroom. Two twin day beds in alcove off the living room   
and additional futon sofa on the enclosed lanai (screened in  
porch).  There is a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, living  
area with couch and TV / DVD plus CD Stereo, second dining table in  
other  room -lanai.   
Beautiful yard with your own gas grill, right across the street  
from the White Sands beach park .  This home is only 4 miles from  
the center of Kailua-Kona town.

Vacation Rental Rates

$90 - $135 per night depending on time of the year, number of  
guest,  and length of stay. Add a one time cleaning fee of $62.50 and
