Vacation Rental Description

Kolea is located in the wonderful Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is just  
seconds from the white, sandy beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay, the King's  
Shops, Beach Golf Course, Kings Golf Course, the Hilton Waikoloa  
Hotel, and the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel. Kolea has a beautiful  
infinity swimming pool that overlooks A'Bay. There is also a jacuzzi  
and a kiddie pool. The fitness area with new age equipment and a  
television is located next to the pool. There is a gate right next  
to the pool to give you convenient access to A'Bay. 
 
This beautiful, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium has a nice  
garden view and is just steps away from the pool area. The living  
area has two large couches with a LCD television. The kitchen has  
stainless steel appliances and is fully-equipped for all of your  
cooking needs. There are sliding windows that recede into the walls  
to open up to the lanai. These windows allow you to enjoy the  
wonderful Hawaiian breezes while you relax in the living area. The  
lanai has a wet bar with a refrigerator and gas grill. 
 
The master bedroom is right off of the living area. There is a king- 
size bed with a large television. The master bath has a large, walk- 
in shower with dual showerheads and a large, jacuzzi tub. The first  
guest bedroom has two twin beds and a television. The guest bathroom  
is attached to the first bedroom. The second guest bedroom has a  
king-size bed and a television.

Vacation Rental Amenities

During your stay at our villa you will enjoy luxurious beddings,  
very nice linens, and the villa will be stocked with paper products,  
etc. as if it were your home.  We strive to make you feel at home  
and not as though you are staying in a hotel room. 
Housekeeping service is also included if you desire.

Vacation Rental Rates

Standard Rate (January 6-December 16): $375/night  
Christmas Rate (December 17- January 5): Please inquire 
These rates are based on a week stay.  Please inquire for discounts  
of stays two weeks or longer. 
There is a 11.416% hotel tax added to the nightly rate. 
There are no other additional fees. 
Please inquire for fall discounts.
