Vacation Rental Description

Tropical surroundings are waiting to greet you at the SUNRAY. This
lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with private 27X13 ft. pool, offers 
allthe comforts of home.

Enjoy the sugar white beaches and emerald waters just a block away or
plan the family cookout on your large 12X18 deck overlooking the
private pool. Or for the "social butterflys" in your group, walk
across the court to the enormous community pool(heated in winter some
months). You'll also want to take advantage of the 2 tennis courts 
andsand volleyball pit.

So if you try to remember when the last time you truly relaxed on a
family vacation and "never" comes to mind, perhaps you should 
considerthe SUNRAY - where you can be as lazy as the sun and free as 
the sea!

Summer Discount....Aug 23-Sept 27....$1175/week
Fall/Winter....Sept 27-Feb 23...$975/week

Rates based on 6 persons, $100 per person per week extra up to 9.
Contact us for Off Season monthly/nightly rates.
11% Tax, $500 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out 
if home is left in order.
Half of total rent due to secure home. Balance of rent, tax and 
damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.
