Vacation Rental Description

Waterfront, 4 bedroom 2 bath, two story house with separate 
entrances.  Sleeps 2 to 12 people, 4 Queen, 2 Twin and 1 Futton. 
Private boat ramp and two boat 
slips with access to ocean.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished kitchen, Wireless Internet, BBQ, Washer/Dryer, Cable 
TV.

Activities and Attractions

Endless activities in the area.  Dolphin Center is 1/2 a block down 
the street, Key Largo Water Center is within walking distance (about 
a miles from the house), John Pennekamp is about 3 miles away.  If 
you have a boat you can take it to the area sandbar, Rodriguez Key, 
where families and friends go to swim and relax.

$3500-$4500 monthly


Rates subject to change.  $150 exit cleaning fee plus a $500 
security deposit required.
