Aloha and welcome to Beth’s Hawaiian Hideaway in South Kona, on the 
Big Island of Hawaii.  
 
Our beautiful “Hawaiian Hideaway” with pool is a great place for 
couples or anyone who would like to have a wonderful Kona, Big Island 
vacation rental that’s much more affordable and offers more privacy 
than most condos and B and B’s offer. 
 
Cook your own meals and save a fortune or dine out-it’s your choice. 
We are close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and many 
activities and a great jumping-off place for other activities  
around the island.  This adorable and spacious studio is open, bright 
and airy. The entire ocean facing wall of the Hideaway is filled with 
windows and peaceful views of the lawn, (horseshoes and  
badminton anyone?) landscaping, trees and the sea. 
 
Enjoy the lovely living room area with “elephant” bamboo couch and 
chairs, cable TV, DVD player and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. 
Sleep like a baby in the comfy queen size bed and relax in the  
private bath with tub and shower, complimentary robes included. The 
beautifully equipped kitchen is there for those who’d like to cook. 
You will have a separate entrance and complete privacy in a  
beautiful residential area. 
 
We are just a 5-10 minutes drive to the water’s edge and the Island’s 
two best snorkeling spots, sandy beaches, sun bathing, swimming and
kayaking. The world-renowned Two Step snorkeling and scuba area, and
the Captain Cook Monument are both marine preserves with fantastic 
snorkeling which are very close. Also a stone’s throw away is the 
“City of Refuge” National Historic Park, wonderful for history buffs, 
exploration, hiking, picnicking and glorious sunsets. 
The exquisite old “Painted Church” with its glorious murals and Sunday
services is only a two minute walk. 
 
Beth, a former interior decorator, has created a wonderful ambiance 
that is completely unique and quirky…a tasteful mix of Hawaiiana with
a splash of “Paniola” or Hawaiian Cowboy mixed in (oops, her Colorado 
roots are showing). This is a special Hawaiian Hideaway catering to 
those looking for an upbeat, stylish and fun place to stay near Kona, 
Hawaii.

Separate entrance and complete privacy in a beautiful residential area, 
easy off-street parking. 
 
Included are free wireless internet access (bring your own laptop), 
washer and dryer, BBQ, beach equipment consisting of snorkels, masks, 
towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and cold cooler.
The darling kitchen is outfitted with a stove/oven, refrigerator, 
microwave, a coffee grinder, coffeemaker, toaster, blender. All dishes,
cutlery, pots and pans. All linens, towels, including beach towels are
included too.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $90.00 per night with a $50.00 cleaning fee, single or 
double occupancy. 5/1 - 10/30 
Rates are $115.00 per night with a $50.00 cleaning fee, single or 
double occupancy. 11/1 - 4/30 
3 night minimum 
Please contact us directly to make a reservation. Reservations are
confirmed upon receipt of your deposit which is 50% of the total 
charge. The deposit is due within 10 days of booking and the balance 
is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Pay Pal,
personal checks, travelers' checks, money orders, cash or Master card 
/ Visa.  
Upon confirmation we will give you a detailed map and instructions to
our property. Early booking is highly recommended.  
Check-in: 3:00 pm  
Check-out: 11:00 am  
If you need an earlier check-in or check-out please ask us. We are 
happy to accommodate you if there are no conflicts with other parties
arriving or departing.  

Cancellation Policy  
Your deposit will be refunded less $100.00 if we are able to re-book 
the space for another party. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge
up to 100% of the value of the reserved stay.
