Vacation Rental Description

The tropical Ayers vacation rental is waiting for your arrival.   
Nestled in the private GATED community of Kapoho Beach Lots on the  
Hilo (windward) side of the Big Island charming home has its own hot  
pond where you can relax and swim.  If you want to sit on the ocean's  
front and see the spectacular sunrise, it's only a short walk away.   
Breathe in the sweet, warm, tropical air that's all yours while  
you're visiting paradise. Enjoy the ultimate family get-away or  
quiet, romantic retreat.  Truly one-of-a-kind.  
 
The thermal hot pond is ocean fed yet it consists of 80% fresh water,  
and the pond temperatures average around 80 degrees.  Grab your  
snorkel gear or a water mattress and enjoy the sunshine.  Remember to  
bring your sun-block.  You will need to wear water shoes as the rocks  
can be sharp.  
 
Enjoy a relaxing breakfast or dinner on your own private covered  
lanai which is complete with BBQ, table and chairs and a spectacular  
view. 
 
The weather is exceptionally dry for this side of the Island.  We  
have pleasant tradewinds and it seldom rains during the day, but the  
evening and early morning showers keep the area lush and green. 
 
The nearest town is Pahoa about 8 miles away with wonderful  
restaurants as well as grocery store and much more.

Vacation Rental Amenities

One Queen size bed and one double bed. Phone(no  
long distance sevice so suggest you bring a calling card).  Satellite  
TV, VCR, Microwave, Fully equipped Kitchen, Washer 
, Cooking utensils and linens provided. BBQ, table and  
chairs on the lanai. We provide linens, bedding and beach towels. 
You can enjoy your own private ocean fed fresh/salt water hot pond,
the water temperature is approx. 80 degrees yearound and is 
approximately 9' deep at the deepest point, great for snorkeling and 
swimming.

Activities and Attractions

Hiking, golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, swimming,  
snorkeling, diving, surfing, rock and sand beaches, volcano viewing  
and flower farms. The most unique feature of this area is the  
beautiful Hot Ponds, it is a snorkeler's paradise, giant turtles  
(have seen as few as 1 or as many as 50 turtles Champagne pond at a 
time) and beautiful fish.  
Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

Vacation Rental Rates

This lovely two bedroom home will accommodate 2-4 people nicely.  
 
$150.00/night, $900.00/week or $2,900.00/month, based on double  
occupancy.  Additional persons $10.00 per night.  Four person maximum. 
 
Rates are plus 11.416% Hawaii State Tax, plus cleaning fee $100.00  
(non refundable)and $100.00 security deposit refundable if no damage  
and remote returned. 
 
fifty percent (50%) advance payment required to secure your  
reservation (non refundable).  Balance due 20 days before arrival.   
 
We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders,  
visa, and mastercard. 
 
Check-In and Check-Out times: Check-in 2:00 p.m. check out 11:00 a.m. 
 
Our home is available year round.  Please call property manager to  
inquire about availability and to book your reservation today. 
 
We require a $200.00 damage/cleaning deposit and $100.00 is  
refundable if no damage and remote returned.  
   
 
Less than 5 day stay we require $175.00 per day for 2 people and  
$10.00 extra for each additional person.  We still require $200.00  
deposit for 1 day or more.
