credentials as a Montecito beach regular.  This extremely cute 
oceanfront cottage on Miramar Beach was completely upgraded and 
re-decorated in 2008.  It is the perfect destination for a couple or 
small family. This cozy retreat offers morning beach walks, brunch on
the deck, and days on the sand w/ lunch at the house. Watch the ocean
become glass-smooth, as another fantastic day fades from sunset to 
evening twilight. 
  
The kitchen has all new appliances, and is fully stocked with
everything a fine chef needs.  A private chef is available upon
request.  The kitchen overlooks the living room which is tastefully  
appointed with quality beach furnishings.  The upper deck is a great 
place for morning coffee, or romantic sunset dinners.  Cook outside on
the quality stainless steel gas BBQ with direct gas-line connection.   
  
The master bedroom with Queen bed has its own private deck, with 
access to the beach.  White bead-board cabinets offer plenty of 
storage space.  A 32” flat screen TV with DVD player is enclosed in  
the cabinets.  
  
The guest bedroom with Queen bed has a single twin bed loft.  It is a
perfect room for kids, or another couple.  
  
Enjoy the best of the beach with the extensive selection of beach 
chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and water toys.  Take a beach 
walk to the Four Seasons Biltmore for Sunday brunch.  Montecito’s
Lower Village is an easy 5 minute drive for shopping and fantastic 
dining.
