Vacation Rental Description

Hiro’s Hale awaits you with its breathtaking home and magical pond  
that captures the ambiance of old Hawaii but with all the  
conveniences and amenities of modern living. At night, lounge under  
the stars or take a quick dip in a private, well lit magical pond.  
Or,if you prefer just a few minutes away is a breathtaking ocean in  
which you can enjoy snorkeling, diving, fishing or just watching a  
beautiful sunset at the end of the day.  We offer two personal golf  
carts and two bicycles so you may view our beautiful gated Kapoho  
community at your leisure. And, just 20 minutes away from this  
beautiful gated community is shopping for your convenience.

Private gated community; 900 sq.ft. gated lanai & BBQ; thermally  
heated tide pond; 1 Queen, 2 twin, 2 sofa beds; 2 and ½ baths; fully  
equipped kitchen; washer/dryer; ceiling fans; 2 satellite TVs and  
DVD/VCR w/surround sound; stereo w/CD; phone; multiple loungers and  
coolers; BBQ facilities; 2 bicycles; 2 golf carts; shower near pond  
area; hammock; swimming materials

Swimming, snorkeling, backyard tidepools stocked with tropical fish,  
Champagne Ponds and Kapoho beach within walking distance; Alalanui  
State Park-3 miles; Kehena black sand beach-15 mins.; Vacationland  
tide ponds- 5 mins.; Pahoa town-20 mins.

Vacation Rental Rates

3 night minimum stay; $200/day, plus 11.416% Hawaii taxes; $200  
refundable damage deposit. $80 cleaning fee. If rental falls under  
the 3 night minimum stay, the rent shall be $250/day, plus the  
Hawaii tax. 
 
Please call for discounts on weekly and monthly rates. Five guests  
maximum, $15 each additional guest, per day, up to 8 maximum.  
 
Cash and/or cashier's checks.  Please pay 1/2 of the rental amount  
due to hold your reservation.  The balance of the rental amount is  
due before you take occupancy.  If you cancel more than 45 days  
prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75, otherwise  
deposit is non-refundable.   
 
Check-in and check-out is at 12 noon.  Amenities rates and policies  
subject to change without notice.  
  
Rates for the Holiday Season and Merry Monarch may be higher than  
published rates.
