condo. 
 Very spacious, over 800 square feet. 
 Indoor swimming pool.

 Master bedroom with window overlooking the beach. 
 Only 7 blocks from the pier and amusements, close enough to be there 
in minutes walking the beach but far enough away from the pier to 
enjoy the beach without a big crowd. 
 Great place to be anytime of year, pool is open year round.
