Vacation Rental Description

My villa is located in Kissimmee, south of Orlando, Central Florida.
It's just 20 minutes from the airport, and only 10 - 15 minutes drive 
to all the major attractions - Disney, Universal Studios, 
Sea World etc.
 
Just a one minute drive to Wal-Mart for all your conveniences, and 
located close to "The Strip" on 192 (where you'll find more 
entertainment for day and night, and all the restaurants).

Recently refurbished, and regularly updated, I always keep my villa 
up to the highest standard. Uniquely amongst vacation rental villa 
owners, I work in the US tourism and hospitality business, and so 
along with my very professional management company, I do everything
I can to offer you the very best in welcome, accommodation and service
for your stay.


Conveniently located close to all the major theme parks, activities
and entertainment and amenities. 

Recently completely refitted, new luxury beds, sofas and furniture 
make this your home away from home!  Private screened and fenced pool
area means you are not overlooked. Nice, family oriented quiet estate
 - no busy roads nearby to disturb your relaxation 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything you need for your stay is included, from sheets and towels 
to DVD player and Playstations to entertain the kids!

Private fenced and screened, heated pool with complete set of pool 
furniture makes relaxing easy.

Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, large fridge-freezer,
dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and more.  Large
capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, double garage, Cable TV, 
local phone calls and FREE High Speed Wireless Internet come as
standard too.

Activities and Attractions

My villa is the perfect location for all of the Disney theme parks
and attractions, as well as the  following activities:

Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios and Animal
Kingdom), Sea World, Universal Studios, NASA Cape Canaveral, 
Amusement parks, Miniature Golf, Theme Parks, and Golf at a range 
of beautiful courses and much much more.

The estate has a communal pool, children's play area and tennis 
courts.  There's racquets at the house, so you can have a go too!

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are per night, not per person:

Low Season Rate is: $120 per night
Mid Season Rate is: $140 per night
High Season Rate is: $155 per night
 
That's how affordable it is to rent my villa!  A family of six
could stay for as little as $20/10 per night per person!
 
(Rates are subject to change without notice, and will only be fixed
for your reservation upon receipt of booking deposit and the 
refundable security bond - email me for more details)
 
The $275/150 security bond will be refunded to you after your stay.  
 
Pool heating is an extra $25/12 per day and must be paid in advance.
