Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 3 bed/2 bath villa with private, fully screened, 
south facing swimming pool. 

Only 12 minutes drive to the gates of Disney's Magic Kingdom. 

Located in the delightful and often requested, quiet community of 
Eagle Pointe, just off Poinciana Boulevard, less than a mile away 
from Highway 192, the main thoroughfare to DisneyWord.

Free local, long-distance and international landline telephone calls 
can be made from our villa.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Facilities in our fully airconditioned villa include, family lounge 
with cable TV (36"), PS2/X-Box/DVD/VCR/CD, extensive range of 
DVD's/PS2/X-box Games, VCR's and CD's. 

Double alarmed patio doors lead out to swimming pool and covered 
lanai (patio) area.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and seating for 8. 
Includes microwave, range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, icemaker, 
blender, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing 
board. 

Washing machine and tumble dryer situated in double garage 
accessible via the kitchen.

Master bedroom with King size sleighbed, Cable tv (26") and 
ensuite bathroom with garden bath and his 'n' her's vanity sinks, 
walk in closet, and double alarmed patio doors leading to pool area. 

Queen bedroom with 21 in cable Tv/DVD, closet, nightstand, chest of 
drawers, twin bedroom with closet, nightstand, chest of drawers and 
family bathroom located in between. 

Fully screened pool with good quality patio table and padded 
chairs/loungers and covered area for dining alfresco.

The villa is located close to Highway 192, where restaurants, bars, 
shops and entertainment can be found. Although our home is close to 
all amenities and only 12 minutes drive from Disney, it is situated 
in a quiet area making it ideal to relax after a hectic day at the 
theme parks.

Our villa is looked after by a local management company who live 
nearby.

Activities and Attractions

Near to all Disney theme parks, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM 
and Epcot.

Universal and Island of Adventures approx 20 minutes drive away.

5 minutes drive to local Walmart on Highway 192.

Vacation Rental Rates

From 470 per week (7 nights).

540 per week for Easter and School Summer Holidays 
(i.e. 
July/August)

560 per week for Christmas/New Year

14 per day for pool heating.

13% sales tax included in all rates.

Rate includes clean at end of holiday. For stays of less than 5 
nights, the cleaning fee of 35 will be added.

Credit card number required as security deposit.
