Vacation Rental DescriptionWhy stay in a hotel when you can stay in a luxury vacation home for
less? Our luxury vacation home is located in the quiet development of
Esprit off Highway 27 in Davenport. Situated 8 miles from Disney World
and only 1/4 mile from grocery stores and restaurants on RT. 192.
The living area is located at the back of the villa and overlooks the
pool and wooded conservation area thru 9 foot patio doors. There are
2 sofas - swivel rocker chair, lazy boy recliner, and a 32-inch color
TV with cable. Sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper bed.
Complete eat-in kitchen - fully equipped with stove and oven - fridge
featuring ice and cold water at door - microwave - blender - coffee
maker - toaster. You will also find cooking and eating utensils
including glasses - plates - mugs and pots and pans.
You can either eat in the kitchen at the full sized tile top table or
in the dining area featuring a large dining table with 6 chairs and
overtable chandelier.
The Master bedroom has its own entrance to the lanai/pool area. King
bed - large walk in closet - 19-inch color TV with cable - large
master bath featuring garden tub - double sink and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds - dresser - closet and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3 has queen bed - 2 dressers - closet - ceiling fan and TV
with playstation and games. All bedrooms tastefully decorated.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath off interior hallway. There is 1
sofa in the living room that pulls out into a queen sleeper bed.
Screened - heated - very private pool with covered lanai. Cushioned
lounges in pool area - table and cushioned chairs and ceiling fan in
lanai for outdoor meals. Separate entrance to bathroom - ideal for
kids. Pool is 3ft deep to 6ft deep and has underwater lite for night
swims. Unlike a lot of owners, this is our only vacation home and our
second home.
Vacation Rental AmenitiesOur vacation home (approx. 1700 sq. feet) is personally and
professionally maintained and cleaned to provide you with a peaceful
and relaxing vacation. Features are: Fully air conditioned - 4 TV's -
cable - vcr/dvd - iron - ironing board - laundry room with
washer and dryer - hairdryer - all linens - towels - pool towels
- 2 telephones - ceiling fans - security system - high speed internet.
Activities and AttractionsWhether you travel 1 and 1/2 hours to the east or west you will find
more than Orlando's great theme parks. Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space
Center to the east and Busch Gardens - Cypress Gardens and beautiful
Gulf Coast beaches to the west. Our development of Esprit has tennis
and basketball courts along with a 9 hole golf course. It is a great
palce to take a long, relaxing walk.
Vacation Rental RatesSeptember - May $85/night
June - August $95/night
Easter, New Years and Christmas weeks $105/night.
Discounts for stays of 2 weeks or more.
Pool heating $25/night, $130/week.
Prices exclude local taxes at 10%
Prices include utilities.
Pool heat is optional extra.
Any stay less than 1 week add $65 cleaning fee.
