Custom Built in 2000, this home has every upgrade imaginable. 4300 sq. ft located just off exit 33
in Mooresville and walking distance to grocery, gas, abc, restaurants, nail spa etc. Walking in the
front door, you will be entering the great room with ceilings close to 25ft high. Andersen windows
from floor to ceiling off the back of the house. The fireplace/TV room is off to the right, there is
a home gym located just beyond it with a treadmill, weight system, recumbrant bike and eliptical.
The kitchen is to the left with maple cabinets and granite countertops. Stainless appliances with
everything you will need for cooking. Laundry room is located on this main floor as well as a half
bath.
Upstairs consist of two masters over looking the lake with a computer desk and wifi at the top of
the stairs. One king suite and one queen suite. Jacuzzi tubs and sep. showers in each. The bonus
room has a sofa and two full size beds with dressers.
The lower level of the house has another full kitchen with granite countertops and another
washer/dryer. Two bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the main living area. Jacuzzi
tub/shower combo. There is a 6 person hot tub located just outside. This house is decorated
contemporary with pewter fixtures thru out. Owner previously owned a furniture store so furnishings
are very nice. The dock has a gazebo with a small fridge and a loft above for storage. There are 2
jet ski ramps, one boat lift and an upper deck above the boat lift for sun bathing. The yard is
completely fenced in and there is a separate keenel area if you need to keep the pets isolated from
guests while at the dock. This is a home that has been rented for 3 years straight without anyone
being dissatisfied so far. Pontoon and jetskis available for rent during your stay

Entire House Only: $3200 PER WEEK.
$200 Cleaning fee
$100 non refundable pet deposit
$450 Per Night for entire house during off season. 3 night minimum.
$500 Per Night during Thanksgiving and Xmas. Weekly discounts available.
