This is a beautiful home in sought-after Crown Point Community that
will keep your family entertained and comfortable. It is very close
(185 yards) to the beach for those sunny days and filled with books,
games, and movies for the not so sunny days. Baby equipment,
(including pack-n-play, high chair, baby gait, booster seat and
portable crib) is available to reduce your clutter in the car, and
wireless internet access is available for those that need to keep in
touch.
Special features include: private heated pool, hot tub, 6 TV's, 4
VCR's, 3 DVD players, video/dvd and book library, games, stereo, game
room with pool table, wet bar/kitchenette with refrigerator and
microwave, gas fireplace, charcoal grill, 2 outdoor showers, covered
deck with hammock and furniture, open deck with picnic eating area,
and a basketball hoop in the driveway.
Bedrooms include: 2 King masters, 1 Queen master, 1 Twins master, 1
Pyramid Bunk with trundle, 1 double bunksets. 2 pull out sofa beds
are available as well.
