Serenity and relaxation at it’s best! Private secluded “get away,” with all the convenience, comfort
and warmth from home, only better! Take a romantic weekend for two, or take the family for an
adventurous exciting vacation with the entire family. Weekly and weekend days available with
a two-night minimum requirement.


YEAR ROUND VACATION RENTAL (Closed: Dec. 20th through Dec. 26th)

Secluded property, yet only a 10-minute drive to all your hearts desires. Local event activity
brochures are in both seperate levels.

Two units available with all the comforts of home, just bring your personal items.

No smoking inside units. Outside ashtrays and containers available for proper disposal.

Home away from home, only better. Relax, fly fish for the trout, from your very own creek side back
yard, eat and enjoy! All from your own private oasis....

The creek side river rapids can get rough sometimes, so be careful and practice safety. Sounds of the
water, day and night are simply breath taking. Open the windows and listen to nature's glory. There
is a little over one acre of privacy.

Both private separate level units have fully functional kitchens with microwave, fridge, toaster,
coffee-maker, pots, pans, stove, refrigerator, utensils, linens, towels, washer/dryer and dishes,
etc. Satellite TV in both units with DVD player in lower and VCR in upper. Fireplace in both separate
entity levels - lower level F/P gas and upper level F/P electric with remote. Private front and back
entrances.
Outside gas grill (please remember to turn gas off when finished).

Fire-pit with seating.

No smoking inside units,(outside containers available).

(Each level carries one week supply of towels, and one change of linens per bed).

Please do not remove any items from the premises.

1 Bedroom 1 Bath: $65.00 a night. (Regular rate of $85.00 resume's in April 2009).

Reduced rate: to $65.00 a night special- Month of December 2008.(Based on 2 person occupancy). Lower
level: Black Bear Cabin.

No extra charges per person at regular rate of $85.00 a night on the 1 bedroom 1 bath.
Two night minimum requirement. Sleeps 3 to 4 people.

2 Bedroom 2 Bath: $100.00 a night. (Regular rate of $125.00 resume's in April 2009).

Reduced rate: to 100.00 a night special- Month of December 2008. (Based on 4 person occupancy). Upper
level: Pebble Beach Mtn Cottage.

No extra charges per person at regular rate of $125.00 a night on the 2 bedroom 2
bath. Two night minimum requirement. Sleeps 4 to 5 people.

All reduced rates available Oct. 2008 through March 2009. (Rates change to regular rates in April
2009).

Rent individual levels, or rent the entire house and property for up to 6 people for $200.00 a day
plus tax and $50.00 cleaning fee per level on weekend stays, and $100.00 clean fee per level on 5
night stays and more.(All cleanings are done after departure, no house cleaning during the stay).

Military, Law enforcement, Fire fighter, Rescue squad, Veterans, EMS workers may take $25.00 off the
total price of their weekend or weekly stay. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Senior citizen's 65 years and older, may take 10% off the total price of their weekend or weekly
stay when they pay for 3 nights or more. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Weekend and weekly rentals available.
Cleaning fee of $50.00 per level on weekend stays, and $100.00 per level on 5 nights or more.

Reservation requires a 25% non-refundable deposit, that will be applied to remaining balance due 7
days before the day of check-in. All monies by check must clear bank 7 days in advance. Deposit is
refunded only on cancellations of 30 days in advance of reserved date. Occupancy Tax of County 5% and
State is
6.75% for a total of 11.75% non-refundable.

Key deposit of $50.00 per level required and refundable only after key return, (please allow 15
business days for return of monies after check-out). Forwarding address will be needed, with phone
number on all check payments. Checks, money orders, cash, and Paypal credit and debit Visa/MC
accepted.
