Large, custom built log cabin located in the gated community of
Brookside Forest on 1 1/2 acres. The
cabin is beautifully decorated and has five bedrooms, three baths and
lovely views of the mountains.
The cabin entry brings you into the living room, dining area and
kitchen, all with cathedral beam
ceilings, hardwood oak floors and a beautiful stone fireplace with a
42" plasma television with a 5.1
home theater system. The five bedrooms consist of the Master with
one King sleigh bed, the second
and third bedrooms with Queen size beds. The fourth and fifth
bedrooms each have a set of antique
twins on the lower level. Three baths with the Master bath
containing a jacuzzi tub and separate
shower. Two large decks facing west with two sunsets per night from
the different deck elevations.
The lower level has a billiard room, dart board and family room with
another stone gas fireplace.
2717 sq feet of living space. Plenty of room for family reunions.
Charcoal grill on upper deck.
Due to antique Persian rugs throughout, no pets.

Daily rate $250 with a two night minimum.

15% discount for Active/Reserve Military and LEOs.
There is a one-time Cleaning Fee of $85 and a refundable Damage
Deposit of $250.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund 30 days from date of occupancy.
Within 30 days no refund but
alternate period can be substituted subject to availability calendar.
