LIVING ROOMS: Our aim is to provide adequate seating and dining for 
min.15 guests, the owners do not expect guests to eat or relax in 
relays.

Our executive villa, "Oyster Cay" has a fantasic lakefront location 
in the highly regarded community of Formosa Garden Estates, which is 
only 2 miles from the entrance to Disney World. Uninterrupted lake 
views make the unique pool and spa area a wonderful place to relax. 
Inside Oyster Cay has nearly 3500sq ft of airconditioned space for 
your family spread out, to enjoy the games room or the ten seat movie 
theatre.

Oyster Cay has 6 bedrooms (including a family suite) and 4 bathrooms 
and can easily accommodate up to 15 people in real comfort.

The first master suite has it’s own private sitting area overlooking 
the pool area as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom and shower area. 
The other bedrooms downstairs include a King bedroom and a kids bunk 
bedroom which is furnished in a Disney theme and can sleep 3. Finally 
downstairs, there is a Queen bedroom with it’s own bathroom. Upstairs 
we have a twin bedroom and the family master suite which has a King 
bed and two children’s bed.

As well as a large family room and a sitting room there is a 
breakfast nook and dining room. The kitchen and laundry areas have 
everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Our games room has a pool table, foosball (table football) and if you 
have any energy left there is an exercise bike to help you stay in 
shape. The movie theatre has a 108” screen and fantastic surround 
sound for the ultimate movies at home experience.

Oyster Cay has a custom 38ftx26ft swimming pool and large spa 
surrounded by a specially designed, extended deck. The pool area is 
in the sun from the morning right through to sunset and there are 
lots of chairs and loungers for everyone to enjoy the sun. If you 
fancy a break from the heat you can relax under the lanai in the 
shade with it’s own cable TV and ceiling fan. There is a table and 
chairs as well as a gas bbq grill for alfresco dining.

A pool screen has now been erected over the whole deck so that you 
can enjoy the pool in the evenings without worrying about bugs.

Oyster Cay has a Playstation 2 with games, DVDs, board games and toys.

We also provide a baby package consisting of a stroller, baby rocker, 
baby monitors, high chair and a pack and play crib.

Formosa Garden Estates is a prestigious residential community where 
executive homes have been built to high standards on large lots. The 
entrance to Disney World is only 5 minutes drive away and there are 
lots of shops and restaurants one mile away.

Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone 
to call on in case of a problem.

If you are looking for accommodation for a larger party we also have 
other homes in the same community overlooking Star Lake.

In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we 
do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide 
ashtrays for use outside.

living room is 52" Home Theatre with surround sound, DVD, VCR and

bar & bar stools, darts and skittle alley, pool table, cards table. 

The most important feature of this beautiful house is the stunning 38 
x 26ft pool and spa set in half acre beautifully landscaped gardens 
and enclosed by a 4ft high Victorian railing. 130 ft of uninterrupted 
lakeside with fabulous sunsets. Terraces on different levels. The 
pool has a negative edge where pool appears to merge with lake. 
Wallow or sunbathe in the shallow waters of the beach area before 
plunging into the main pool which in turn cascades down to the 
catchpool and terrace below. A gas BBQ supplied clean and with tank 
of gas can be rented from the management company for $35 per week.

A lockable gate allows access to the lakeside for bass fishing and 
nature watching.

Large covered and screened lanai for al-fresco dining or relaxing in
