Our home offers one of the most PRIVATE ASPECTS you will find in a 
rental villa plus all the EXTRA FACILITIES you are looking for.  A

White Heron offers luxury and style, and the very highest standards 
in Orlando vacation accommodation -  our premium luxury vacation 
home will appeal to the discerning renter.

Our spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, 3000 sq. ft., has 2 master 
bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite facilities. Furnished 
throughout to an exceptionally high standard.  All bedrooms have 
cable TVs and VCRs, plus the Family Room has DVD and VCR players. 
Computer with 24/7 Internet access and Playstation 2 with games.  
Games area complete with 8’ slate pool table, table tennis 
and electronic darts.

It is situated in a secluded location surrounded by beautiful views  
over open countryside and wetlands. For sun worshippers the biggest 
bonus is that the decking and 30 ft. pool and spa are south facing 
which will enable you to take advantage of those golden rays from 
sunrise until sunset in complete privacy and seclusion.

We now offer FREE unlimited phone calls, which include long 
distance, and international calls. Keep in touch with family, 
friends or colleagues easily and with no cost at all to yourselves.

The formal LOUNGE is situated at the rear of the property and 
contains a lovely deep comfy sofa with two matching easy chairs plus 
coffee and occasional tables, with mirror and table lamps. Enjoy 
good conversation or a peaceful read in the relaxing atmosphere of 
this room or simply relax and take in the view over the wetlands 
beyond the pool and deck area. An additional feature is the patio 
doors leading out onto the lanai.

The spacious FAMILY ROOM is located at the rear of the villa and 
contains two comfortable sofas and matching easy chairs and coffee 
and occasional tables with lamps.  There is a 51" large screen 
television and VCR plus a CD player housed in an entertainment 
centre. Patio doors lead out onto the south facing deck where privacy 
is ensured.
 
For your enjoyment there is a selection of videos and board games.  
A ceiling fan has been fitted to ensure your comfort.


Catering is made easy by the fully equipped KITCHEN which has a 
large cooker with self cleaning oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer 
with icemaker, dishwasher and waste disposal unit.  There is also a 
plentiful supply of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and glasses, 
as well as drinks and dinner- ware etc. that are suitable for use 
around the pool.

There is a breakfast bar and four bar stools plus table with further 
seating in the BREAKFAST NOOK where you will find a table and four 
chairs with views over the pool and beyond.

A telephone and a wall- mounted fire extinguisher have been fitted.

The LAUNDRY ROOM contains a full size washing machine and tumble 
drier plus laundry basket, iron and ironing board.

A door from the laundry provides easy access to the garage.

This lovely, airy and spacious MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed, a 
walk in wardrobe, two 2-drawer bedside units with lamps and a large 
dresser with mirror.  There is also a cable TV and VCR plus a 
telephone and clock radio. There is a ceiling fan with lights and 
patio doors allow easy access to the sundeck and swimming pool.

The EN-SUITE BATHROOM has twin vanity units with lights and mirror 
above, a separate walk-in shower and an oval bath plus separate 
toilet.  

The second MASTER BEDROOM with its impressive King size bed and 
beautiful mahogany furniture, which includes a bedside unit with 
lamp and a large dresser with opulent mirror.  The room also has a 
cable TV with VCR plus clock radio.  A ceiling fan with lights has 
been installed to ensure your comfort.

The EN-SUITE BATHROOM has a toilet, vanity unit with lights and 
mirror above, a mirrored wall cabinet and a walk-in shower.


This lovely BEDROOM  has a Queen size bed, a wardrobe and two 
bedside units with lamps.  It also contains a cable TV with VCR.  As 
with all the rooms a ceiling fan and lights has been installed for 
your comfort.
 

SIMBAS'S DEN  This room sleeps two people in twin beds and contains 
a bedside unit with lamp and fitted wardrobe A cable  TV with VCR 
has been installed plus a clock radio. 

ARIEL'S LAGOON  This room sleeps two people in twin beds and 
contains a bedside unit with lamp and fitted wardrobe A cable TV 
with VCR has been installed plus a clock radio

The house BATHROOM has a toilet, vanity unit with lights and mirror 
above, a mirrored wall cabinet and bath plus shower. 

THE GAMES AREa is equipped to provide an area for all the family to 
enjoy.  Have a game of  pool on the 8’ professional table or maybe 
you can challenge someone to a game of table tennis. An electronic 
dartboard completes the package.

An outstanding feature of the villa is the large screened deck area 
which contains the spa and 30’x15’ swimming pool.  Both are south 
facing onto open wetlands and enjoy all day sun and some of the most 
private and open views over open countryside and wetlands.  No close 
neighbours, just great views! 

There is a large lanai and luxury padded poolside furniture, large 
table plus padded sun loungers. A ceiling fan has been installed 
under the lanai for your comfort.

The pool and decking area are completely private with an open aspect 
over the wetlands and natural flora and fauna to the side of the 
property.  The deck can be lit at night using the wall lights,plus we 
have recently added multi-coloured pool lights to add a special 
feature for those evenings sitting and relaxing by the pool

Access to this area is via patio doors from the family room, lounge 
and Master| Bedroom1.  For the winter months an electric pool heater 
is available at extra cost.
