We are confident you’ll enjoy eating in many of the city’s finest establishments located on our block. The spacious apartment has just been totally renovated with cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, and most importantly, a washer and dryer! You can even work on your tan on the huge outdoor balcony! Just in case you have to break away from the city’s tremendous entertainment opportunities, be sure to bring your laptop, we have a desk ready and waiting for you with Internet access. On a historical note, the apartment is across the street from the birthplace of Teddy Roosevelt.

I stayed here with my two adult children, it was perfect, we loved the location and everything was perfect. There was a great farmer market close at union square, plus a nice grocery store around the corner..got some goodies so we could eat breakfast in. I would tell all our friends and family to stay there. The owner was great about getting back to us. Excellent!!! 5/5

Our stay in your condo was absolutely perfect. ALL the amenities PLUS!! Great location, no matter what hour or what the destination of the day was, safe and central. Clean, quiet, and spacious... which isn’t easy to find in NYC, and at a good price. Also, we never had a problem when we needed to speak with the owners/property manager (Jewel Fine), they were gracious and always quick to get back to us, great to do business with!!
