it your home away from home, not just a beach rental. Nothing separates
you from the ocean but the marshland; we are in building one, on the
top floor, (Yes, there is an elevator.) with great views and no one to
disturb you from above.Shuttle to beach or walk across boardwalk.
Our villa has been totally remodeled and newly furnished and we just
added high speed internet, so bring your laptop. Porcelain tile floors,
soft carpeted bedrooms and thick pillow top mattresses await you.
Painted and furnished in blue, soft yellow and white, our villa has a
fresh, clean beach-like feel.
Lie in bed and read (there are good reading lamps throughout the
villa) or watch TV or listen to the bedside CD player. The children can
play DVDs in the second bedroom. Master bath is attached and has a
shower and tub with the extra size bowed rod for more space. Hair
dryers are provided.
Enjoy our screened Balcony which has spectacular unobstructed ocean
and marsh views that only Bldg. 1 has. Sit on the balcony and enjoy a
drink and the views.

available in Deli/Gift Shop in our building, pool tables, beach chairs
& wheeled cart for transporting "stuff" to beach. There is a free
shuttle to the beach.
Full Kitchen: Cooking Utensils Provided, Stove/oven,
Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice Maker , Blender, Coffee
grinder, Mixer, Pots & Pans, etc. We have a very well stocked
kitchen; just like home.
Bedrooms: Master has a queen bed and private bath. Second
bedroom has two twin beds and shared bath. Living room has a queen
size sleeper sofa.
On Site Activities: Ocean Beach, Shared Hot Tub, Sauna,
Pool Table, 6 HarTru tennis courts (indoor & outdoor), Racquetball
courts, Indoor track, 3 swimming pools (1 indoor and a kiddie pool; 2
outdoor - the largest is in our building) Exercise equipment, Bike path
goes by our resort.
Nearby Activities are many golf courses including one
next door, Fishing, Boating, Parasailing, Windsurfing, Restaurants,
Wildlife viewing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Shopping, Shelling, Biking,
Cinemas and Theatre, Miniature golf. Sightseeing on the island and in
nearby Savannah,Georgia, Charleston, South Carolina, and Beaufort,
South Carolina; all a short drive away.

Rates (in US Dollars: August Special receive a $25 gas card
May-September: $850/week Saturday-Saturday
October-April: $750/week

07/14/08 Positive We stayed at this condo over New Years
holiday and have stayed at two other condos within this same resort the
summer prior. This condo is the perfect family get-a-way. For families
with children the extra bedroom (with its own tv (which other condos
did not have), extra bathroom, indoor pool and hot tub, location to the
boardwalk and outstanding beach views, this condo is second to none.
The overall location of HH Resort is perfect. The furnishings are very
nice, in great condition and don't give you that "ew.. should I keep my
shoes on and lay a blanket on the couch before I sit on it" feeling. As
experienced vacation home renters, I know this often is not the case,
especially in beach rentals.
The owners are wonderful people who pull out all of the stops to
make your every stay a "dream family vacation" experience. I cannot
recommend it enough.

07/13/08 Positive Great location to all activities
on the island! Beach is very nice and the view in the morning from the
tv room is a nice start to each day. We had kids that enjoyed the large
pool when not at the beach. Very affordable lunches at the pool and
beach for this building. Accommodations are very enjoyable for this
unit. We kept our bikes under the building right next to the steps and
all was very well. Have a great HH vacation renting this unit.
