Welcome to our Home, “A Paradise Hotel” in the community
of “Gulfside Cottages”. It is 30 yards from the Florida's Emerald
Coast Beach. NO STREETS TO CROSS. Private entrance to the Beach
Located on the cul-de-sac.

This spotless, 4 bedroom 3 bath 2,000 sq. ft. home will serve a
family or group up to 14 people.
Every item is here. The Master Bedroom features a Queen size bed and
a Master bath. The upstairs guest bedroom features a trundle bed
which is 2 twins or 1 king and its own full bath. The down stair
guest bedrooms features a Queen Size bed and two twin beds a full
bath . The home also has a full laundry with iron board and iron.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and decorated. There is also a sleeper
sofa in the living room.
Third level tower room has a awesome complete view of the Gulf
complete with TV/VCR, Nintendo, and queen-size futon.
Plus 2 additional roller away beds.
The cottage has a covered carport with storage, two porches, and
outdoor shower. The Gulf Cottages has a beautiful pool steps away
from the house. SPRINGBREAKERS POOL IS HEATED

We are located off of Scenic Highway, which is nice and
quiet...great for strolls or cycling. Everything you could possibly
want to do is only minutes away. The nation's largest all designer
outlet mall, Silver Sands, is just down the road, Big Kahuna's
Waterpark (which is great!) is just a minute drive, as well as a 14-
screen Rave multi-plex cinema, go carts, miniature golf, the all new
Destin Commons luxury shopping center and, of course, the many
extraordinary golf courses that bring golfers from everywhere to the
Destin area. There are so many great restaurants nearby that I can't
even list them all. The famous beachfront Pompano Joes restaurant,
Wahoo's Oyster Bar, The Whales Tail and Captain Dave's Seafood.
