This acre site offers 207 lineal feet of shore line, with a beautiful tree canopy that nestles you in securely, yet permits the settling lake views to resound throughout the home. The side yard invites other recreational activities, or perhaps a tent to pitch! We had to shorten this considerably. Email for details about upper gathering/living room which has 605 SF and 858 SF lower living area. Main floor has 1700 square feet of space and has a great room with cathedral ceilings, kitchen, living, and dining that is entirely open which supports convenient gathering. The flat screen television offers surround sound, and is mounted above the firplace where all can easily view. Kitchen and living room access to the screen porch and upper rear deck housing the 'boy toys' and grill; a Char Broil, 3 burner and side grill, within easy access.
The skylights give a relaxing and joyous feeling during the day. The deck and screened in porch are accessible from kitchen, great room, and 2 of the bedrooms. In addition to the living area, there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. All rooms have ceiling fans, television, fully furnished, bedding of minimally 350 to 1200 satin Pima, or Egyptian cotton sheets, and mattresses are all of Basset pillow top queen and double beds, and Englander singles.
The master is located at the far end of the house, providing quiet, private recluse. Comfortably small, seemingly spacious and accommodating with private screen porch walk-out, and walk-in closet. Bath/shower, double sinks, marble floor, and Waterpik monster head abound.
The lower level walk out, family and rec room provide great gathering space of 858 square feet, with 2nd fireplace, 2nd surround sound for the 36 inch television, leather seating conversation area, gaming area (card tables, foos ball, ping-pong, air hockey, billiards), and flows into more outdoor entertaining, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and lake fun! This area has an open, exciting, but comfy feel with funky lighting and wood fireplace having blower.There are two additional bedrooms in the lower level, and a vestibule to store your luggage and water/lake gear! Bedroom 4 has a Restonic electric vibrating bed and bedroom 5 has a memory foam mattress. Additionally, there is a top quality queen sleeper sofa in the rec living area.
The full bathroom on this floor is over sizes, has a shower with another WaterPik Monster head, ceramic tile floor, and 2nd laundry stack washer dryer.
Games, cards, books, books on tape, VHS tapes, and (only a few) CDs are in various rooms. Walk the board walk, past two picnic benches, screened glider and two double hammocks onto a pier, which leads onto a spacious pier porch over water. Seating here are 3 gliders, chairs, and chaise lounge. The oversized slip is covered, has a swim ladder for convenience and safety, and boasts a strap hoist for protective, aquatic toy owners!
The landscaped yard offers a plank walk to the boat dock and shares a park like setting of trees, bench swing, swimming area, and pier porch for picnics at the water side. Glider and hammock encourage afternoon nap time stations! The house is in a private cove that is completely safe for swimming and floating, but is easy access to the main channel for boating and skiing! A convenience store is ½ mile away and shopping is 2 miles down the road!
Come to ....just off the beaten path and have a wonderful vacation gathering year round. We, and the lake, welcome you!!

This home is a short drive from the highway, yet the location feels far from the maddening crowd....just off “the Beaten Path”. Lake Norman in your own back yard! The unpretentious street side presentation is lovely, yet just that, unpretentious...but just walk on in..
