The Sun Cottage is a 2 bedroom/1 bath upstairs hideaway featuring 2
big comfortable decks, fully equipped kitchen; WiFi; HDTV; BBQ; 
heating and A/C. It has its own private entrance; and one off street
parking space. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores,
and fun. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two decks. Front deck has oversized comfortable furniture. Rear deck
has BBQ and patio table & chairs. WiFi. HDTV. Fully equipped kitchen.
Heating & A/C.  

Vacation Rental Rates

The Sun Cottage is only available in the summer. $2000/week or
$300/night for stays less than one week - 3 night minimum. Plus $1500 
refundable security deposit; $200 cleaning fee; $100 pet fee; and if
you want us to provide fresh linens & towels - $15/person/week.
