INTRODUCTION AND AREA
The home is located on Crescent Lakes, a new residential community,
close to all of Florida’s main features and attractions, including
Disney World, Sea World, Universal Orlando, EPCOT Center, MGM Studios,
Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon to name a few. If it’s the beach you’re
after Daytona, Cocoa, Melbourne and Clearwater beaches are all close
enough to enjoy. As is the Kennedy Space Center. Miami is a 4 hour
drive.
Crescent Lakes is set in a beautifully wooded area, overlooking the
Disney Wilderness Preserve with children’s play area and nearby tennis
courts, golf course and swimming pool just a short drive away. Just a
few minutes away is Highway 192 with its numerous shops, restaurants
and entertainment.
The house is well equipped and comfortably furnished and is fully
air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all rooms and a full
alarm system. It comes with linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, cooking
equipment, and even hair dryers, ironing board and iron.
The rooms are Florida style, well planned, airy and spacious,
complete with full cable TV’s, Video Player and HI FI system.
Telephones are installed with free local calls so that you can pass the
number back to your friends and family and keep in touch.
The villas will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Midterm cleaning
can be requested for an extra fee. There is no smoking in the house or
lanai as smoke alarms are linked directly to the fire department.
The house is complete with a large swimming pool, spa and screened
patio / sunbathing area with table, chairs and loungers. Pool heating
is available for an extra $250.00/week.
This Privately owned Luxury home is in a Premier Residential
Development of larger homes, located in a quiet rural area of
Kissimmee, Florida. It backs onto a conservation area for added
privacy. There is a double driveway leading to a double garage with
spacious gardens lawned with shrubs and trees. All you have to do is
relax. Hotels and apartments just don’t compare to the privacy and
comforts of a privately owned house.
LIVING AREAS
After a long day at the theme parks, return home to watch TV or
read your favorite book in one of three living areas described below.
FAMILY ROOM – The family room is complete with 2 two-seat sofas and
a three-seat sofa with a large coffee table and 2 corner tables with
lamps. There is also a 31” cable TV, video player and multi speaker
HI-FI system all contained in a large display unit.
LANDING / LOFT AREA – Upstairs on the landing there is a further
small lounge area, complete with two sofas, two glass tables and lamps
and a unit with 19” cable TV /Video.
QUIET LOUNGE – There is a separate lounge area with a settee, which
converts to a queen size bed when necessary, complete with full
bedding.
Accommodations:
Enjoy a quiet, restful night’s sleep in our themed-pictured
bedrooms, fitted with luxury bed linen and comforters. Bathroom
facilities are either en-suite or nearby, providing you with a
hairdryer and a full compliment of towels for your convenience.
2nd FLOOR
Master Bedroom – King size bed, TV and video, 3 Drawer Dresser with
Mirror and two Bedside Cabinets with lamps, large en-suite facilities
consisting of a enclosed shower, bath, twin sinks with lighted vanity
mirrors and toilet, plus a walk in closet.
Queen Bedroom – Queen size bed, large closet, 3 Drawer Dresser with Mirror and two bedside cabinets with lamps.
Two Twin Bedrooms – Twin beds, large closet, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet with lamp.
Bathroom – Large bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, and twin sinks and lighted vanity mirror, complete with all towels.
GROUND FLOOR
Double Bedroom – Double bed, closet, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets with lamps.
Twin Bedroom – Twin beds, large closet, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet with lamp.
Quiet Lounge – There is a separate lounge area with a settee, which
converts to a queen size bed when necessary, complete with full
bedding. There is also a coffee table.
Bathroom – Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and lighted vanity mirror complete with all towels.
SWIMMING POOL & LANAI
Swimming Pool large 33’ X 16’ is fully screened with underwater
lighting with a separate Spa / Jacuzzi. Covered patio area and large
sunbathing area, complete with table, chairs and loungers.
There is also a full set of plastic plates, cups and glasses for
use in the patio area (crockery and glassware should not be used).
Heating is available at an extra cost ($250.00 per week). No glass allowed in the pool area.
Swimming Pool Safety
We want you to have an enjoyable and problem free holiday, so it is essential that you follow these swimming pool rules:
- No Alcohol in the pool area.
- Children must be supervised at all times whilst in the pool area,
- Even when the pool cover is on.
- Do not enter the villa whilst still wet,
- Ceramic tiles and vinyl floors in the villa will be very slippery.
NO RUNNING IN THE POOL AREA, AND NO DIVING
KITCHEN & EATING
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a full size range/stove,
fridge freezer, icemaker, and a waste disposal unit. For added
convenience, there is a family size washer and tumble dryer in the
Laundry room.
There is also a dining area with large dining table & chairs
complete with all place settings, glasses, wine glasses, oven to
tableware and serving sets.
