a four bedroom, two bath, full eat-in kitchen, livingroom,
diningroom home. It's a family home away from home in a safe,
quiet North Clearwater Beach neighborhood.
Coconut Palm includes accommodations for ten to twelve
people.
The private, heated pool is larger than most residential pools. It includes a
child safety fence for security and is heated during the cooler florida months.
The home is a short walk away from the white sands and
warm gulf waters of Clearwater Beach, consistently voted as one
of the country's leading beaches. Take in shelling along the shore or
maybe catch a glimpse of bottlenose dolphins swimming nearby.

The rates vary on the season starting from $1350 a week to
$3300 depending on the time of year.

$400.00 deposit secures dates. Please be sure of your dates, this deposit is non-
refundable.

12% tourism tax applicable

$500 - 1000.00 Refundable security deposit required. Security deposit is returned 15
days after departure. Refunded full deposit if there are no negligent damages, no missing
items, and no extensive additional cleaning costs past 4 hours.

Travel insurance is suggested to protect against unforseen circumstances such as
trip cancellation.
