Vacation Rental DescriptionSituated high above the Pacific Ocean along some of the broadest
beaches in California, the Pacific Penthouse is nestled between Marina
del Rey/Fisherman's Wharf and the start of the world-renowned Venice
boardwalk.
This luxurious, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse is just 100 yards from
the beach. The penthouse is within easy walking distance to Washington
Square where you will find some of the best restaurants in Venice
Beach and the Marina.
This spacious (2600 sq. ft.) penthouse is tastefully appointed,
comfortably furnished, and features 16’ high ceilings and floor to
ceiling windows that capture the extraordinary light of the Southern
California coast. It has both gas and wood-burning fireplaces.
The living room has a 129 inch movie screen that appears out of the
ceiling at the push of a button, converting the main area into a movie
theater with a projection HDTV.
The large (1,000 sq. ft.) roof-top deck features both mountain & ocean
views; an eight-person Jacuzzi, a dining table for 12 surrounding the
gas fire pit, and a built-in gas barbeque.
The master suite w/ king size bed has a walk in closet, 51 inch flat
screen HDTV, large private patio bursting with flowers and afternoon
sun. The master bath features a large soaking tub and fireplace,
a huge shower with a his and her water wall and sunflower ceiling
sprayers. The shower opens on to a rooftop deck with a Jacuzzi with
four seats of varying jet patterns. After a long day of sightseeing
or water sports at the beach the shiatsu chair is a real treat.
Attached to the master is a large seating room with fireplace and
sofa bed it is also balcony seating for the 129inch movie screen.
The second bedroom w/ queen size bed has a flat screen TV and
sumptuous private bath. The den converts to a third bedroom w/ 2 full
size beds and flat screen HDTV. For additional guests, an inflatable
queen-size Aero bed is available. Cribs & other items for infants and
young children can be arranged for an additional charge.
The kitchen is a gourmet cook’s delight, complete w/ Miele & Wolfe
appliances, extra-large side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, and huge
marble-top island.
The kitchen also features a separate ice maker that produces 35 lbs.
of ice every 24 hours, and a recessed Miele coffee/espresso maker.
The large dining room comfortably seats 12.
The game room has a pool table; darts; 500 chip-8 seat poker table;
16' bar; 51" flat-screen HDTV.
The penthouse is located atop a security building and has a
washer/dryer; Wi-Fi, and two side-by-side parking spaces in the
security garage.
Vacation Rental RatesPeak Season & Holidays (May 15 – September 15; and weeks including
Easter; Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day; Thanksgiving; Christmas &
New Years Eve): $4,000/week or $600/night for stays less than one week
– three night minimum. Plus $1500 refundable security deposit; $300
cleaning fee; and $15/person/week for fresh linens & towels. Other
services, such as housekeeping, massage therapy, catering, etc., can
be arranged for an additional charge.
Off Season (Sept. 16 – May 14): $3,500/week or $500/night for stays
less than one week – three night minimum. Plus refundable security
deposit; cleaning fee; and linens & towels.
