huge two story great room provides visitors with a beautiful view of
the lake and another gas fireplace, and the large playroom
downstairs with big screen TV will entertain the kids for hours, or
the family can enjoy a game of pool in the game room. Bring your
mixers so you can use one of the two bars in the basement or enjoy
the hot tub and sauna. The home boasts a large private lot, dock and
pier, and incredible views and was built in 2005. All of this
located in one of the most prestigious areas of Lake Norman close to
everything. Bring your boat or jet skis as the public access lot is
less than half a mile away for easy launching. Family gatherings or
