Vacation Rental Description

Imagine staying in a French country cottage situated in a lush
tropical garden only 1/2 block to wonderful Venice Beach. Our cottages
have been completely remodeled by a local LA interior/ production
designer for film & television who has created 4 one-of-a-kind
vacation rentals. The French Country Cottages of Venice Beach consist
of five possible configurations. Depending on your needs, one can be
rented as:

1)	The Grand Cottage: 3bedroom/2bath Suite. 
	(sleeps 8, 2 parking spaces)
2)	The Breeze Cottage: 2bedroom/1bath Suite. 
	(sleeps 6, 1 parking space)
3)	La Petite Cottage: 1bed/1bath Studio. 
	(sleeps 2, 1 parking space)
4)	The Sun Cottage: 2bedroom/1bath upstairs w/ 2 large decks 
	where you can soak up the sun.*
5)	Or you can rent all 4 units together, giving you a spacious
	5 bedroom/3 bath vacation home for friends & extended family.

All the rooms in these luxury cottages exude the peace and tranquility
of a French country resort. 

You know you’re going somewhere special as you enter the bamboo fenced
yard that surrounds The French Country Cottages. You enter to find a
luscious front yard with 4 person Jacuzzi, a hand crafted grass and
teak hut where you can lounge away the afternoons in the shade, a
large deck with two wicker club chairs where you can relax in the sun,
and a bistro table for outdoor dining. There’s even an outdoor shower
to wash the sand off your feet when you come home from the beach. 
 
The main area of The Grand Cottage (and The Breeze Cottage) is an
open, fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living room that are
separated from the front yard and deck by wall to wall sliding glass
doors creating a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. The new custom
kitchen has bead board cupboards, new stainless steel appliances and a
farmhouse sink. The living area has a comfortable oversized sofa (with
queen fold-out bed), 42” flat screen HDTV, Blue Ray DVD player, CD
player, and cable. The dining area has seating for 6. You can add the
bistro table to serve 8.
 
The entire unit has hardwood floors throughout w/unique furnishings
from around the world. All of the closet are distressed wood doors
from India full of charm and character. The furnishings are
reminiscent of a cottage in the south of France.
 
Grand & Breeze Cottages: The charming master bedroom has a comfortable
king size bed with gorgeous wood headboard and a flat screen HDTV with
cable. The second bedroom is quaint with its antique wrought iron head
board and cozy queen size bed. There is a comfortable sleeper
queen-size sofa in the living room.

Le Petite Cottage: This delightful studio has its own kitchenette,
bath & patio. The studio also has a flat screen HDTV. Blue Ray DVD and
cable. The charming bathroom boasts a wonderful, restored claw foot
tub. We can make the bed up as a king or 2 extra-long twins, your
choice.  

 All units have WiFi, heat & air conditioning, and 1
parking space.

Downstairs
Studio: $1300/wk
2 bdrm/1 bath: $2500/wk
3 bdrm/2 bath: $3700/wk
Upstairs
2 bdrm/1 bath: $2000/wk
Refundable Security Deposit. Studio: $500. 2 & 3 bedrooms: $1500
Cleaning Fee. Studio: $100. 2 bdrm: $200. 3 bdrm: $300.
Fresh Linens & Towels: $15/person/week
