Chalet Description
Overlooking the Shenandoah River Valley; facing the
Blue Ridge Mountains, at the base of Massanutten
Mountain, near Luray, Virginia and Luray Caverns,
this cozy, romantic "A-frame" chalet is an ideal
honeymoon haven, or anniversary hide-out with a loft
bedroom, facing east to a window wall to watch the
morning sunrise. Relax in the living room by the
fireplace; with full bathroom and modern
kitchen/dining area at ground level; or on the deck
from where you can see thirty miles down the valley.
Walking distance to the George Washington National
Park's lake, or the Shenandoah River Outfitters, easily
walk to convenient swimming, fishing, hiking, canoeing,
tubing, with horseback trail riding nearby. Close to fine
stores, restaurants, antique shops and super markets.
Nearby accommodations are suitable for larger families
and class reunions, weddings, meetings and other
