close to restaurants, movie theaters, bus lines and tour activities.

This unit has all new beds and mattress that include two king beds, 
2 single beds. The master king bed has new upgraded 12inch memory 
foam mattress. We also include 4 Boogie boards, 2 sets of snorkel. a 
fish rod and a floating bed for your water play. 

It has a full kitchen complete with cookware, utensils, phone with 
unlimited local calls. Computer with high speed internet and 
workstation. There is a new human touch massage chair too.

furnishings, and spacious living room for the hostess who loves to

 $500 security deposit
Plus Cleaning Fee: $175.00, 11.42% tax.

Cancellations and Refunds
Reservation deposit is refundable up to 30 days before arrival less 
a service fee of 30% (percent) of the total rent. Service fee 
will be refunded if owner is able to re-rent the condo for the same 
time period, price, and terms. 70% of rent is forfeited if cancelled 
within thirty (30) days of scheduled arrival. No refunds 
after occupancy has begun.
