The master bedroom has a queen bed, the guest bedroom has twin beds and with advanced request the twins will be converted to a king size bed. The second bath is located off the Florida room which has a queen sleeper. The Florida room has reed blinds on the inner and outer windows for privacy at night.
Outside is a sitting area dockside with a table chairs, umbrella, picnic table, gas BBQ (propane supplied),and fish cleaning station.

Laundry room has a washer and dryer, is accessable from outside and this is where the bait freezer is.
