steps to the beach and steps to nice restaurants.

Recently renovated with an all new kitchen that has all higher end 
appliances, wood floors, all new decor and furnishings.
Large master bedroom with private bath, wet bar, and balcony.
There is also a fantastic roof top deck with ocean views, a BBQ, and 
patio furniture. We have wireless Internet, 42" plasma TV's with
Direct TV, local phone service, quality linens and towels, body boards,
beach towels/umbrellas, and bikes can be made available for $35 per 
week.Parking for 2 small/medium sized cars.  4 queen beds and an 
air mattress can be provided.

Off Peak: (October 1st to May 1st) $2150.00 per week or $350 per week.
Peak: (May 1st to Sept. 30th) $2450 per week or $425 per night.
Holidays same price as Peak. $150 cleaning fee.

Rates based on a 5 person stay. Additional guests are charged 
$25 each per week.
