Recently all renovated with a new kitchen, wood floors, new tiled 
bathroom, and all new decor and furnishings. Private balcony off of 
living room with ocean views. This property you will see has 
everything that you would need for a relaxing getaway and is situated
in the best possible area of Venice Beach.

There is also fantastic roof top deck with ocean views, a BBQ, and
patio furniture. Queen bed in bedroom, queen sofa bed in living room.

$95 cleaning fee.  $25 per person when over 2 stay.
