Vacation Rental Description

Great 1920's beach cottage just steps to the sand which is one of the
best beaches in Southern California.

Located on a romantic Venice Pedestian Walk Street. No cars are 
allowed on these walk streets so it makes for a very quiet and safe
place.  Walk to a block great restaurants. cafes, shops, and markets. 
Great surfing 2 blocks away.

The cottage has been in the same family for over 60 years and has just
gone through a complete remodel. All new kitchen with high end 
appliances; Liebherr refrigerator, Wolf, Meile, and a filtered water 
system. New bathrooms with period tile work, beautiful hardwood floors,
vaulted ceilings, and a nice fireplace. Stylish furnishings and decor.
3rd bedroom/studio has separate entrance and kitchenette. Queen beds 
in bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in living room. There is also a twin 
sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom in addition to the queen bed. Extra air 
mattress available

Great yard and gardens.. There is a gazebo, BBQ, patio table/chairs, 
lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower for those sandy feet.

Bodyboards, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas provided.

2 car garage.

Bicycles can be made available for $35.00 per week.

$400 night or $2,450 week. off peak season.
$475 night or $2650 week, summer and holidays.
