VACATION RENTAL DESCRIPTION

Just open the slider of this GORGEOUS ground floor condo and the
private beach awaits you. Access the spaceous and beautifully
landscaped patio area from both the main living area or the master
suite. This wonderful patio area goes out 8 feet, and is 26 feet
across. There is a privacy wall on both sides. Large lawn area
separates your patio from the beach which is ideal for keeping an
eye on the children at play.

Meanwhile, relax and enjoy your favorite drink with family or friends
while enjoying the soothing sounds of the ocean waves crashing in on
the beach! This beautiful 2br/2bth condo was just completely
remodeled in December of 2005. New furnishings and tasteful decor,
new flooring, new kitchen and bath and appliances, new paint and
accessories; just gorgeous and super clean! Let us spoil you here!

This condo is located in a beautiful resort right on the ocean -
Oceanfront. The resort features a heated oceanside pool, nice warm
jacuzzi, sauna, tennis and basketball courts that stay lit at night,
and private beach. There is nothing like relaxing your body in the
jacuzzi on a warm Florida night under the stars of the Florida sky; a
slice of heaven!

The condo features a king in the large and luxurious master suite
with private bath and access to the beatiful spacious patio area that
faces straight out to the ocean. 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom that
can be converted to a King bed via a conversion, just let us know and
we will have it ready for you. There is also a sleeper sofa bed in
the living room if needed. Pack 'n play folds out for small
children or infants.

Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender, all cookware,
untensils, etc. Dishwasher also. This condo also has a WASHER and
DRYER right inside the condo. There is TV with cable in the main
living area, master suite AND the second bedroom! Perfect for
families. And to top it all off, FREE HIGH Speed Internet access
right from the comfort of the condo. So don't forget your laptop!

* There are no additional charges other than the $85 Cleaning fee
and 11% for State and local taxes.
* NO Pets
* NO Smoking inside the condo
* Must be 25 or older to rent.
* 100% Refunds for cancellations processed 60 days prior to arrival
or sooner. After 60 days prior to arrival, deposits are not
refundable. After 60 days prior to arrival no refunds are given.
* We don't require security deposit. A $300 down payment is
required to secure your reservation.
Balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival. We accept debit cards,
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
