best shops and resturants in Venice. The rooftop deck boasts ocean
views, a jacuzzi, daybed, fire pit, and natural gas grill. Its a spot
for those who really want privacy and luxury and still want to feel
the heartbeat of Venice.

2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1.5 bath. all organic cotton sheets, down
pillows and cotton towels.  Fluffy down comforters on all the beds.
All cotton bedding available upon request.

huge loft style living room, bamboo flooring from sustainable growth
forests.  seisel carpeting made from non off-gassing, recycled 
materials.

full stainless kitchen, gas range,  on demand hot water heater greatly
reducing energy consumption

large dining table seats 6+. 

glass vs plastic: glass stemware and vessels used exclusivly in the
kitchen. 

pure water throughought the house:  6x filtered reverse osmosis
drinking water on tap. 
3x filtered water in bath, laundry, and sinks, eliminating chlorine.

recycled rubbish: glass, paper, and plastic is separated for recycling.

green furniture: natural or recycled woods and fabrics have been used
where ever possible, minimizing off-gassing particle board and plastic.
rooftop garden with views of the hollywood sign, the santa monica
mountains, and the pacific ocean.  jacuzzi, natural gas fire pit,
plenty of seating, and a large natural gas grill for rooftop bbq's.
Home grown herbs and produce from the rooftop culinary garden.
