VACATION RENTAL DESCRIPTION
Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo in resort setting. Our unit has been
completely renovated with new kitchen and bathroom cabinets,
new oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, furniture, linens
dishes & cutlery, hurricane windows with flyscreens, 19 inch tiled
floors throughout, rugs, air conditioner & heater. Walk to Port
Canaveral and watch the cruise and fishing ships depart. Catch a
submarine coming into Port! Perfect viewing of the Atlas and Delta
Rockets. Watch the Space Shuttle from the beach. Enjoy heated pool,
jacuzzi, clubhouse and beach. Free Internet access is available in
the clubhouse.
One hour from Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World, 40 minutes
from Orlando International Airport. Why stay in a hotel when you
can have a luxurious, tranquil unit to stay in! Save money by
preparing your meals in our fully equiped kitchen. Walk to Jetty
Park and Cocoa Beach Pier. Very quite resort community with
security guard at night. Perfect unit if you are going on a cruise
or running away from a long, cold Northern winter.
Our unit is extremely clean and no smoking is ever allowed. The
unit has one bedroom, with one bathroom. There is a queen
size bed in the bedroom and a fold down "Murphy Bed" in the living
room. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The
bathroom has a shower and a tub. Our unit is tastefuly furnished
with everything you need to feel you are at home including washer
and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker hair dryer and iron with
ironing board. Come once and you'll return every year!!

Walk directly out of ground floor unit to beach. Enjoy ocean front
beauty and tranquility from patio. Watch all rocket launches from
bedroom, sunroom or patio. Watch cruise ships and submarines enter
and leave Port Canaveral. Walk to Port Canaveral fishing pier. Port
Canaveral has fishing boat and Casino cruises every day/night. Walk
to Cocoa Beach pier. Downtown Cocoa Beach a short car drive away.
Rent small boats and jet skis on the Banana River. Take an airboat
tour of the St. Johns River and view alligators, birds and wildlife
(20 minutes away on SR 520). Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge
is a 25 minute drive and offers excellent bird and wildlife
watching. Kennedy Space Center Visitors Center is a 15 minute drive.
Many public and private golf courses are located nearby, the closest
are less than 15 minutes drive away. Less than one hours drive to
Disney, Universal, Sea World and other Orlando attractions. Less
than one hour drive to Florida Mall, Millenium Mall and several
Outlet Malls in Orlando. Merrit Island Mall and Walmart are less
than 10 minutes away by car. Play tennis at the public courts on
Kiwanis Island (SR 520 near Walmart) for $3.00 by day and $5 at
night!! Orlando International Airport is an easy 40 minute drive
away along the "Bee line" expressway (SR 528).
$900 per week, $3150 per month (includes electricity, cable, water,
and local telephone calls). Better rates for rentals longer than one
month.
We accept checks and cash
$200 security deposit returned after walk through without damage
