The condo has a private balcony with the convenience and safety of private spiral stairs leading directly to a heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills that are all within a distance of 75 feet. It is just 100 feet to the private, white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico (where the water is almost always delightfully warm!). Absolutely first class - I know because I have stayed here with my wife and five children!

The rent varies from $939.75 to $2,000.00 per week depending on the week or weeks selected. The rent includes a premium for the convenience and safety of private balcony spiral stairs leading directly to the heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, private beach, large sundeck with lounge chairs/tables, tennis court, and barbecue gas grills. Rent does not include a separate $110 departure/cleaning fee and the 12% Florida sales/resort tax. Rentals are generally Saturday to Saturday. No smoking, no pets. Adults, families and children of all ages welcome. Credit cards welcome. Extended stays of 2 weeks or more welcome.
