Our unit is in an oceanfront property on the beach. Located off the
pool and the putting green, our home is fully furnished and close to
everything. 3 miles from Port Canaveral, you can cruise on Disney,
Carnival or Royal Caribbean out of the port and use the condo as
your pre and post-cruise vacation base.
You can always choose to walk a couple hundred feet and sit
beachside on our own private boardwalk or on the beach.
It is a 2 bedroom unit, 1250 sq. ft., with living room, dining room,
kitchen and generous closet space. The unit comes fully furnished.
Great seafood, steak and other restaurants and bars, grocery stores and shopping are within easy walking distance. The property is located only about 1000 feet from the world-renowned Cocoa Beach Pier. This condo is on the ground floor.
