area that can be converted into a third  bedroom.Two designer tile
bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath and shower.. Both with beautiful
coral marble floors. Large reception area. Living Room with a gas or
wood fireplace. Dining area and office area with internet . Remodeled,
designer tile oak cabinet, fully equipped kitchen. Travetine marble
inlaid kitchen floor and counter top.
    Recently remodeled this apartment is in excellent condition, very 
cozy yet open at the same time… just under 1,000 square foot.

This apartment is in an excellent location, just three minutes from
popular Santa Monica Main St. with restaurants, clubs, bars, a pub,
dancing, clothing shops, farmers market and much more. Venice
boardwalk and Abbot Kinney (with all its entertainment like Main
Street) is 8 minutes walk. 3rd street promenade and pier are only a
five minute drive.
Great neighborhood and very close to many of the main entertainment
and business spots as well. Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, 
Bel Air etc.
Only a five minute walk to the beach. At the beach there is a bicycle,
roller skate and footpath that goes from Marina del Rey to Malibu.
There is surfing, boating, volley ball, kiddies park, of course
swimming, and much more.
