The Hawaiian Inn Resort was originally built in 1970 and is undergoing concrete restoration on the walkways and balconies.
March 6th, 2009 -- Work is currently being done on the north balconies and 1st - thru 4th floor walkways. We are on the far south end - so balcony work will not affect your stay at this time of at anytime thru June 1st. Pool area will be in view of work, but will not be affected by work.
You will enjoy a Million Dollar Ocean View! You will have that
breath taking view that you expect when you stay Oceanfront! Relax
with a beverage on your private balcony, you have patio furniture, so
you can comfortably enjoy your view of the ocean or view
of the starzzz while listening to your favorite CDs on the stereo.
Our condos are equipped with a 1 or 2 queen sized murphy beds
this creates a comfortable sleeping area by night and living area by
day. Open the windows and let the fresh ocean breezes in while the sounds of the surf lull you to sleep. After a peaceful night�s rest, the Murphy bed folds up into
the wall leaving you with an attractive maple cabinet combination.
This is a great addition to make a studio feel like it has a
bedroom! Your white leather reclining loveseat lends a comfortable
place to relax and enjoy TV or that book you have been waiting to
read.
We have enhanced the kitchen with an island that provides added
storage and counter space, because I know that if you are preparing
meals, you want the additional room and equipment to feel like you
have everything you need to cook like you are at home! We have
provided that nicer set of stoneware, in addition to the better
quality cookware and glassware.
Drop leaf table and chairs, placemats and cloth napkins are in
stock. Create an atmosphere, enjoy that candle light dinner and
bottle of wine that you never seem to have the time for at home!
Additional Unit Amenities include: Air-conditioning-Cable TV-DVD-VCR
and Stereo with CD player. Fully equipped kitchen has microwave-
stove-oven-refrigerator-blender-indoor grill-toaster-coffee maker.
Better quality stoneware and pots and pans glassware and flatware.
There is an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer provided. Bed
linens, bath sets and better quality kitchen linens are provided.
Please bring your own personal items and toiletries.

The Hawaiian Inn offers one of the Largest Heated Oceanfront Pools
on the beach!
The Pool�s Patio has many lounge chairs for a relaxing poolside day
of sunning or swimming. There is also a poolside pub that serves
burgers and refreshments and adult beverages.
Poolside Gazebo with weekend entertainment makes for an enjoyable
afternoon in the sun. If you want the shade, there are 3 oceanfront
hammocks, so you can nap under the palms while they sway in the
ocean breezes. There is an indoor heated pool with jets, you can
enjoy the relaxing feelings of soaking in a hot tub in a Hawaiian
Atrium! The indoor pool is an added bonus, there will never be a bad
day to enjoy the pool!

We prefer Security Deposit to be held on a credit card for the most

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited and
refund of the advanced rental will be
made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the
vacated time reserved for you. If we are able to rebook
the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for
each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee.
