television, dvd player, internet. Gazebo and picnic table in the
semi-private backyard.

Hiking the Santa Monica Mountains, Amusement Parks, Shopping,
Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Yoga, Boating, 
Sightseeing, Olympic Pool @ Santa Monica College, Surfing, Bike Paths

$127 April 15th through September 1 spring / summer (and major holidays)

$300 refundable security deposit
