There is very little boat taffic so you can swim , fish or just relax at your own private dock, If you enjoy walking the 7-mile bridge minutes away. Sombrero beach is a 5 minute drive. If you enjoy night fishing, you will find this waterway easy to navigate. You can swim off your dock or just lay back, barbecue or watch the fish jumping.
Sombrero beach is 5 minutes away and world famous Bahia Honda Beach and State park is a 10 minute drive. You can relax dockside and njoy the sunset. If you like kayaking all you need to do is launch your craft and in minutes you soon can be at the Boot Key Refuge that has lots of wildlife, birds etc. You have a side driveway to park your boat trailer.
