Vacation Rental Description Florida's Biggest Secret in the Forest! Very Private Home- 2
bedroom one bath, (there is an additional 1/2 bathroom outside).
Large livingroom and kicthen. Guests says pictures don't even explain
how beautiful our home is. Located in the Withalacoochie State Forest.
Beautful Home is on 5 wooded acres, completely fenced and gated. (This
is Not a Mobile Home). NEW Very Large Wrap Around Porch decorated
with tropical plants, chairs, and picnic tables, ect. Recent Guests
have enjoyed morning coffee on the porch watching the humming birds
and Evenings by the campfire too! Very Spacious home w/ 9 foot
ceilings. Large livingroom,- sit back and enjoy the TV w/ DVD and VCR
w/many movies to choose from, plus satellite. Large kitchen and
elegant dining for six. All major and small appliances provided, as
well as cooking supplies, china and glassware, ect!. Washer and dryer
and linens provided. Queen- size bedroom set in one bedroom. Second
bedroom has twins beds, and one double bed, Tv and Vcr. * Previous
guests have stated "this home is to beautiful to be a rental home,
and love the privacy".
Vacation Rental Amenities Privacy!!! Enjoy the Large 20 foot by 40 foot Inground Swimming
Pool. (This is Not! a community Pool). Pool use is for our guests
Only! Walk out the back door to the pool extra privacy! (** Pool is
not separately fenced and goes to 9 1/2feet deep- the property- 5
acres is fenced.) Out by the pool, Large deck with relaxing patio
furniture, and lounge chairs. Or relax on the big wrap around porch
overlooking the beautiful landscaping and forest. Horseshoe Pit - for
a little fun. Evenings sit by the campfire on the bench seating or
picnic tables or cookout on the grill or over open fire..All
beautifully landscaped, complete with Florida Palm trees, and exotic
plants and surrounded by the quite of the forest. -- Yet still close
to local resturants and shopping. Home has central heat and air
conditioning , plus ceiling fans in all rooms. Note the 1/2 bath is
outdoors.
Activities and Attractions This Home is Centeraly located to Orlando/Disney, Epcot, Sea
World, Universal Studios, MGM, AND Tampa/Busch Gardens, Florida
Aquarium, Lowrey Park Zoo, Mosi Musuem of Science (w/over 400 hands
on activities), Dog Track, Go Cart Race Track and Beaches, ect. 45
minute drive. Disney is an hour and 15 minutes.
A little over an hour to St. Petersburg,FL or Tarpon Springs with
its Sponge Docks a Greek community w/ great resturants shops and deep
sea fishing and Fred Howard Park (for a beautiful park and Beach,
Or Clearwater Beach just over an hour away. About 35 miles to
Hernado beach or Crystal River and swim w/the manatees) Rainbow River
for floating down the river in tubes very relaxing! Picnic areas..
Fishing, boating, local Horseback riding or canoe and boat rental.
Numerous hiking and riding trails. Florida's largest flee Market.
Also, canoe, fishing boats, bicycle rentals availble! Next exit is
trails for ATV's, golf courses, Deep Sea Fishing and Beaches..
Spend the day at Disney or Epcot, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens,
Dog Track, Sea World, Lowery Park Zoo, Muesuems ect!. Then come home
to your Own private Pool and Jacuzzi, or relax by watching
one of your favorite movies on the big screen TV. Over 300 hundred
movie videos to choose from, satelite service is also provided.

Picnics, Boating, and Fishing, ( great for big bass, over 10 pounders
here). Lots of fun and relaxation possible with this vacation!

Vacation Rental Rates
Special ** $650.00 for 7 nights for up to 4 guests. Additional
guests please inquiry for prices.
Down payment required to hold reservation for 7 night stay is
$300.00 Balance due upon arrival.
Monthly rate $2,200.00. 5 night rate for 4 guests $500.00 w/ down
payment of $200.00 to hold reservation, balance of $300.00 due upon
arrival.
Prices include all, utilities, satellite, lawn and pool maintance
fees.

P.S. NEW NEWS * We have added a Large wrap around
porch going along the entire front of the house and along on side of
the house leading back to the pool and jaccuzi house. It is
beautful. Also, a charcoal grill out on the backyard deck! See you
soon!
Check-in time 3:00pm to 8:00pm - Check-out 11:00am
Check in and check out times are sometimes flexible. For shorter
vacations please contact us for special rates. Cancellation policy at
least 30 days (Please) w/ only 1/2 down payment to hold reservation
returnable. Less than 30 days cancelation notice no refund on down
payment. Sorry we don't allow pets.
