The condo is located on the Amelia Island Plantation in Amelia Island, Florida. The 1350 acre resort has 72 holes of championship golf designed by Pete Dye, Tom Fazio and Bobby Weed. It was named "Silver Metal Golf Resort" by Golf Magazine. The tennis program is recognized as having one of the finest resort tennis programs in the world. There are 23 Har-Tru fast drying tennis courts and Tennis Magazine rated it Top 50 Greatest Tennis Resorts in the USA. World Tennis Magazine rated
it 5-Star Tennis Resort and Racquet Magazine rated it Top World Resorts. Whether riding bikes on the miles of paved bike trails under shaded oak trees, fishing, shopping, or enjoying the paddle boats, there is always something to do on the Plantation whatever your age!!!
Our Shipwatch condominium is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean with beautiful views of the ocean and the pool. The view you see was taken from our balcony. The 2131 square foot living area is beautifully decorated with tile floors and oil paintings. When you retreat to the lower level it is as though you have gone to another condo!!! There are three bedrooms each with its own full
bath located within the bedroom suite. Here you will also find the laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a large kitchen, half bath, living area, wet bar and dining room. The large balcony has three sets of sliding glass doors for a floor to ceiling view from all rooms upstairs. The large kitchen is wonderful for larger groups. Our condo is the closest unit in our association to the pool which has a large covered Gazebo with tables, chairs and lounge chairs for those who enjoy the outdoors in the comfort of the shade. Next to the pool is a very nice
grilling area for cookouts.
