It is ideally located with quick access to the beach, the nearby
shopping center for groceries (Harris Teeter is the grocery store
with very fresh food and lower prices than Publix or others), as well
as about 4 miles to downtown to the library, post office and other
stores.
The rental itself consists of a 2 br/2ba unit with laundry room,
sliding glass doors in the master br (with walk-in closet - private
bath with dual sinks and garden tub) and living room to a very
private lenai where I you can sit and read on sunny days.The house is
well furnished and all of the beds (queen in the master, and two
singles in the other bedroom are comfortable and supportive). The
house is well laid out with the kitchen between the living and dining
room. The appliances, while not being new, are very functional, and
come with a toaster, blender, and other conveniences.
The unit is attached to a house on both the right and left, and is
one of about 20 total units in the development. Across the street
from the unit is the pool with restrooms, and it is very well
maintained. There is a dumpster for trash about 25 yards away. The
development is exactly 2.5 blocks from the entrance to the beach (a
boardwalk extends over the dunes).
The development is located just about one mile north of the very well
known Ritz Carlton Hotel, and perhaps 5 miles north of Amelia Island
Plantation. A well kept public golf course and its club house is
located in the opposite direction from the beach within 50 yards of
the entrance to the development.

Cleaning fee will be 200 security deposit and returned if tenant self
cleans.
($950 + utilities, the latter ranging from $75-125/mo + is a
bargain.
MOST OTHER RENTALS run $1250+ per month with most at
$1500+. If its on the beach overlooking the ocean, you are talking
about
$2500+ offseason.
This is privately owned and occupied by owner while not being rented.
