home with a 550 square foot one bedroom, one bath cabana house (total 3,050 square foot) and private 
pool. 

You will find that this Flip Flop Getaway was constructed as a vacation rental in Destin FL and 
encompasses all the vacation rentals needs of a large family or group.  Such extras as three (3) hot 
water heaters, 6' privacy fence around the pool, one full size refrigerator and two half 
refrigerators, five full and one half baths, etc. will only add to your vacation enjoyment.  

 Although we're not beachfront, the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed.  With the screened in 
porch and wrap around deck, pool deck and 3rd floor east and west decks, it will give you plenty of 
space and get away spots to make you feel at home away from home for your beach vacation in The 
Panhandle of Florida.  Get sun drenched while you enjoy the experience of Destin and this Destin 
luxury vacation rental, or take a refreshing and soothing dip in your private 12' x 24' pool.
