Vacation Rental Description

     Our "Blue Tree" located in the heart of San Francisco near
Golden Gate Park, is an elegant 1905 Edwardian with original
turn-of-the-century architectural details.  A spacious flat, it is a
perfect home-base for your vacation, business travel, or creative
quietude.
    Two spacious bedrooms with orthopedic queen beds, comforters and
luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, are quiet and overlook the garden.
The living room with its restored  red oak flooring and Oriental rug,
is filled with soft light from the bay windows.  A cozy heater in the
fireplace and a queen sleeper-sofa add to your cozy comfort. 
    The dining room has a table that seats 8 and a velvet sofa for 
yet another spot to relax. Our fully equipped kitchen also has a 
charming breakfast table nestled next to the kitchen window. The 
bathroom, a "split bath," has soaps, bath salts and plush towels for 
your bath or shower.  There is a washer and dryer in the laundry 
room adjoining the kitchen. 
    The famous Golden Gate Park and major bus lines are just steps
away.  Grocery stores, restaurants, shops and cafes are within 
walking distance in our neighborhood that is great for exploring.
    Ideally located to easily access the city's many delights, "The
Blue Tree" will make your trip a truly San Francisco experience!

state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga centers, horseshoes, fishings, 
shopping, museums, restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

party of 1-2, $1200/week or $200 per night
party of 3-4, $1400/week or $235 per night
party of 5-6, $1600/week or $270 per night
Cleaning Fee: $100/stay for 1-2 persons, $150/stay for 3-6.
Refundable Damage Deposit: $200
Minimum 3 nights.  
Check in from 4 pm, Check out 11 am.
No pets, no smoking. Ask about children. Monthly rates available.
Reservation Deposit (50% of base rate)required to hold dates. 
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. 
60 days change/cancellation notice for refund of reservation deposit.
$50 cancellation fee.
