This unit overlooks the swimming pool and has a private beach access
in the front, while having a view of a public golf course and the
intercoastal waterway in the back. It is a two story townhouse
concept layout commencing on the second floor of a low rise
condominium. The main floor contains the kitchen, living room /
dining room and a powder room. The second level contains two bedrooms (1
King size bed and two double beds) which sleep up to six people and has two
full baths.
It is located just north of Daytona Beach, in the quiet town of
Flagler Beach. It is close to many of the local attractions and just
over an hour from Orlando.

My husband and 2 small girls stayed here in June 2008 and had a great time! The condo was very affordable. I worried what kind of shape it would be in for the price but I should have had no worries because it was very clean and bright! It was nothing fancy but just what we need for our family. It was very quite and very enjoyable! The pool was very nice and clean as well. We will definitely choose this unit in the future. It is definitely what you need if you are on a budget
like we are but still want to enjoy the ocean! My daughters are so ready to go back and at this price, maybe we can afford to go twice a year! Paul, the owner, was very helpful and cordial as well! I really recommend this place and look forward to returning!
